Weekly Drupal meetup

I am following up on William's suggestion on the Durham Drupal meetup that we have a "hack day". Sheena than said maybe meet every other week or twice a month or something. I was just making it public here so others could know.

I would be VERY interested if it were in Cary or West Raleigh somewhere.

Future Proofing Your Drupal Website - Geeks and God Podcast.

Okay, you'll probably get tired of me pushing Geeks and God but seriously they have some of the best Drupal-related podcasts and really it doesn't require a bible and isn't trying to convert you.

Going back over some of their older podcasts I ran across this one from August 18, 2008.

It provides a good overview of where Drupal core development is headed, particularly related to selecting modules for your Drupal site.

This is a must listen!
