Okay, you'll probably get tired of me pushing Geeks and God but seriously they have some of the best Drupal-related podcasts and really it doesn't require a bible and isn't trying to convert you.

Going back over some of their older podcasts I ran across this one from August 18, 2008.

It provides a good overview of where Drupal core development is headed, particularly related to selecting modules for your Drupal site.

This is a must listen!

They are also hold a FREE theming event in New York the weekend of January 23, 2008. http://groups.drupal.org/node/17473.

I might be interested in the conference in Florida. Keep me in mind.

unfortunately, I have a wedding to attend this weekend. if i didn't i would def be at the Geeks and God conf down in Daytona Beach... what a great place to have a conference :o)

As a Christian, I had already been listening to the guys b/c I was seeking Drupal advice specific to creating a church website.

Just wanted to add that these guys do conferences too. The last weekend of Feb they have on in Daytona Beach called "the Interactive Church". If anyone in the Raleigh area is interested lease holler at me! Would love to save gas $$$
